Jennifer Palmer is an entrepreneur and commercial finance leader with 20 years of business expertise in providing customized finance solutions to fast-growing companies. As the founder and CEO of JPalmer Collective (JPC), she is dedicated to funding high-growth companies that do not fit the traditional lender’s criteria, including women-led companies and consumer brands focused on conscious consumers, sustainability and inclusivity. Previously, she was CEO of Gerber Finance, where she grew the ABL portfolio by more than 140% and achieved the firm’s second most profitable year in its 25-year history during the pandemic. Passionate about making financing more equitable, she has committed 51% of JPC’s portfolio to female-led businesses, while at Gerber, she increased the proportion of women-owned and -led businesses in the portfolio from 34% to 56%. She serves on the Boards of Star Equity Holdings, SFNet (where she is past President) and the NY Institute of Credit, and is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marist College and a Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University School of Law. A working mother of four girls, Palmer embodies the spirit of female entrepreneurship and is committed to ensuring the future of financing is inclusive and empowering for all women.
